VERIFIED 8 Hour Trip – Backcountry on February 23, 2024 Captain Diego did a fantastic job putting us on fish and keeping us entertained for the whole 8 hours! We caught 10 fish and an iguana! We saw 211 iguana on the trip, a peacock, ducks, baby ducks, airplanes, an old swing gate bridge, and had lots of laughs boating through the canals of Miami. We caught peacock bass, snook, jaguar cichlid, black bass and wrangled an iguana! We could not have had a better day on the water! I said peacock bass. I caught 15 peacock bass in 4 hours. A few were in the 3lb size. It was mostly due to the equipment and live bait that Diego brought. Couldn’t recommend more highly and would go out with him again.
